I doubt most trolling motors are drawing 60A and I'd prefer to have a breaker that's a bit closer to the rating of my motor so the breaker gets thrown a little sooner in case of a problem. If your motor draws 10 A and your breaker blows at 60 A, that leaves 50 A of wiggle room you may not want.
